5. Bookings & Appointments

● All bookings and service appointments are subject to confirmation by Ecoguard Pest Control.
● We will make every reasonable effort to honour confirmed appointments. However,
we reserve the right to reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances, and will
notify you as soon as possible.
● Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate contact and property information is
provided at the time of booking.
● Failure to provide access to the property at the agreed appointment time may result
in a cancellation or rescheduling fee.

6. Pricing & Payment

● All prices displayed on our website are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) /
UAE Dirham (AED) and are subject to change without notice.
● Payment is due upon completion of service unless a prior agreement has been made
in writing.
● For commercial contracts and scheduled service agreements, payment terms will be
outlined in the relevant service contract.
● We reserve the right to charge a deposit for large-scale or scheduled service
contracts prior to commencement of work.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

● Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a confirmed appointment will incur no
charge.
● Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a confirmed appointment may incur a
cancellation fee of up to [percentage or fixed amount] of the agreed service cost.
● No-shows — where the customer is not present or access is not available at the
agreed time — will be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly.
● To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly by phone or email as soon as
possible.

8. Service Guarantee & Warranty

● Where a service guarantee is provided, the terms of that guarantee will be
communicated to you in writing at the time of service.
● Our guarantee covers re-treatment of the same pest issue within the specified
guarantee period, subject to the conditions outlined at the time of service.
● The guarantee does not apply where the infestation has recurred due to conditions
within the customer’s control, including failure to follow post-treatment advice
provided by our technician.
● Our guarantee is non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
● Ecoguard Pest Control shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
● Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the total
amount paid by you for that specific service.
● We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your property that is
discovered during or after service delivery.
● We are not liable for any damage caused by failure to follow our pre- or
post-treatment instructions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the
property of Ecoguard Pest Control and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You
may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written
